The Tanziil Foundation
Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability
3% of All Waveluck Group Profits are committed to the Tanziil Foundation — every year, without exception, as a founding principle of how Waveluck Group does business.
About the Tanziil Foundation
The Tanziil Foundation is the corporate social
responsibility vehicle of the Waveluck Group —
an independent non-profit organization
established to channel the Group's social
investment in a structured, impactful, and
transparent manner. The Foundation embodies
the belief that commercial success and social
responsibility are not competing priorities; they
are inseparable dimensions of a business that
deserves to grow.
Named with deep purpose, Tanziil — meaning
'to send down' or 'a bestowed blessing' in
Arabic — represents the Group's commitment
to returning value to the communities from
whose land, labour, and markets Waveluck
derives its commercial strength. It is our way of
saying: we did not build this alone, and we do
not intend to benefit alone.
Every year, 3% of Waveluck Group's total net
profits — across all four subsidiaries — are
transferred to the Tanziil Foundation. This
commitment is codified in the Group's
corporate charter and is non-negotiable,
regardless of business conditions. It is not a
discretionary act of generosity; it is a founding
principle of how Waveluck Group conducts
business and measures its own success.
The Foundation's mandate is broad and
responsive — adapting its focus areas to the
most pressing needs of the communities in
which Waveluck operates. Whether responding
to an immediate humanitarian need or making
a long-term investment in education
infrastructure, the Tanziil Foundation is
committed to making a real, measurable
difference in people's lives.
